Peexl provides AI-driven tools to assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Security
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of our platform.
4. Subscription and Payments
Fees: Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the point of purchase.
Billing: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

6. AI Output Disclaimer
Peexl uses AI models to generate marketing content.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee that the generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content generated and published through Peexl complies with all applicable advertising laws, intellectual property rights, and third-party platform policies.
